Lindsey Fister brings a strong foundation in administrative support, legislative operations, and public service to her role at Commonwealth Alliances. She joined the team in 2026 to assist with scheduling, session coordination for legislative clients, and general administrative support to Collin Johnson and Julia Bright.

Her career began at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, where she gained experience in office administration, records management, and community engagement. Lindsey also served as a House Page at the Legislative Research Commission for three consecutive sessions—2021, 2022, and 2023—where she supported the legislative process and assisted with documentation and workflow for the House of Representatives.

Lindsey studied nursing at the University of Kentucky and Bluegrass Community and Technical College following her graduation from Franklin County High School in 2023.
